Welcome to the Severn School of Paediatrics

Prospective Trainees

Using the menu on the left hand side you can find information on the programme, Trusts and hospitals in the area, prospectus information for each training base and testimonials from some of our trainees. You can also visit the Severn Deanery website directly from here and send a query via Contacts.

Current Trainees

This is the way the school will keep you up-to-date about training days, courses, recruitment, ARCP and RITA schedules as well as other useful information including: study leave, Less Than Full Time training, IDTs, GRID expenses, careers and training support, applying for CCT. The website is the school's primary media for communication with you. It is very important that you keep your contact/profile details up-to-date as you move around the different trusts and hospitals of the Severn Deanery. Registering also allows us to make you part of the training database which is used by the Training Programme Director and Head of School to monitor placements and assessments. You will also find information on who to contact with different queries and names and contact details for trust medical staffing and college tutors.
